To update McAfee ATD(Advanced Threat Defense), we will download the new package for McAfee ATD from McAfee’s site below. We will send the downloaded package to the ATD server. We will then update on McAfee ATD. Follow the steps below to download.

Download McAfee ATD 4.14.0.7 Package

First of all, to download this package, we log in to the “Mcafee products” site from the link below.

Here, after we search for the package, we download the “micration-4.14.0.7.0edbca.msu Version 4.14” package as follows.

Transfer McAfee ATD File

After downloading the package, we transfer the “micration-4.14.0.7.0edbca.msu Version 4.14” file to the McAfee ATD server with WinSCP as follows.

Updating McAfee ATD to Version 4.14.0.7

Click the “Manage -> Image & Software -> Software” tab to load the transferred file on the McAfee ATD page. In the “File” tab on the “Software” page, we select the “micration-4.14.0.7.0edbca.msu” file that we transferred. After selecting the “micration-4.14.0.7.0edbca.msu” file, we click the “Install” button.

When we click on the “Install” button, the installation will be completed as follows.

As seen on the McAfee ATD page, the “McAfee ATD 4.12.0.7” version has been installed.
